Even though its cold here currently, the candy stuck to the wrapper pretty bad and a lot of the candy being stuck to the paper got thrown away. Not economical. SO I put them in the fridge before unwrapping and that did the trick! Now they just stick all in my teeth instead. But they taste pretty good. Not sure if they taste like cotton candy, but still yummy...
