CandyKorner is a trademarked brand owned and operated by GMG Inc. We want your order to arrive fresh, accurate, and in good condition. Please review the shipping and return information below before placing your order.
Shipping Policy
We ship orders as quickly as possible based on product availability, weather conditions, carrier schedules, weekends, holidays, and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Most non-meltable candy items ship by standard ground service unless the customer selects and pays for an expedited shipping option.
Temperature-sensitive or meltable candy items, including many chocolate products, may require insulated packaging, ice packs, and/or expedited shipping. We may hold meltable orders temporarily to help prevent the package from sitting in a carrier facility over a weekend or holiday. This is done to protect product quality and improve the chance that the order arrives in good condition.
Meltable and Temperature-Sensitive Items
Some candy products can melt or soften during warm weather. For these items, CandyKorner may use insulated mailers, cold packs, air service, expedited service, or other protective packaging methods when appropriate.
To protect meltable candy, we may delay shipment so the package is expected to arrive within a shorter delivery window, usually 1–3 business days, and does not sit in transit over a weekend or holiday.
Even with protective packaging, candy may be exposed to heat after delivery. Please monitor tracking and bring packages indoors as soon as possible after delivery. CandyKorner is not responsible for melting or heat damage caused by packages being left outside, delivered to hot locations, delayed by the carrier, or not retrieved promptly after delivery.
Backorders and Inventory Delays
We try to ship orders as soon as possible, but some items may become temporarily unavailable or backordered.
If an item is out of stock, we may hold the order while we receive new inventory. If a delay is expected to be significant, we may contact you with options such as waiting for the item, substituting an available item, or canceling/refunding the unavailable item.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Shipping options and estimated delivery dates may be shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are based on product availability, order processing time, carrier transit time, destination, weather, and other factors outside of our control.
Carrier transit times are estimates unless specifically guaranteed by the carrier. Once an order leaves our facility, CandyKorner cannot control carrier delays, missed scans, weather delays, or delivery exceptions, but we will assist where possible.
Multiple Shipments
Some orders may ship in more than one package. If your order ships in multiple packages, tracking may be provided separately for each shipment.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates may be based on product weight, package size, destination, and shipping method. Some carriers round package weights up to the next full pound or use dimensional weight when calculating shipping charges.
Returns Policy
Due to the nature of food and grocery products, many candy items are not returnable once shipped or delivered. This helps protect product safety and quality.
We may accept returns on eligible non-food items or unopened, unused, resaleable products when approved in advance. Returns must generally be requested within 30 days of delivery.
To request a return, please contact us with your order number and details about the item you would like to return. We will review the request and provide instructions if the item is eligible for return.
Do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted or refunded.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or with a quality issue, please contact us as soon as possible. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and any damage.
If the issue was caused by our error, we will work with you to make it right, which may include a replacement, refund, or other resolution depending on the situation.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are processed as quickly as possible. After we issue a refund, your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor may take additional time to post the credit to your account.
