Order Processing
We do our best to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Processing time may vary based on product availability, order volume, weather conditions, shipping method, weekends, holidays, and other operational factors.
Some orders may be held temporarily if an item is backordered, if weather conditions may affect meltable candy, or if we need to verify order information.
Product Availability
Product availability, pricing, images, descriptions, sizes, and packaging may change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to keep product information accurate, but errors may occur.
If an item is unavailable after you place an order, we may contact you with options such as waiting for inventory, accepting a substitute, canceling the item, or canceling the order.
Backorder Policy
We try to maintain inventory for the products shown on our website, but backorders can happen.
If an item is temporarily unavailable, we may hold your order while we obtain additional inventory. If the delay is expected to be significant, we may contact you with available options. If we are unable to fulfill the item within a reasonable time, we may cancel and refund the unavailable portion of the order.
Shipping Policy
CandyKorner ships using the available carrier and service level selected at checkout or otherwise determined to be appropriate for the order.
Most non-meltable items ship by ground service unless expedited shipping is selected and paid for by the customer.
Meltable or temperature-sensitive candy may require insulated packaging, ice packs, air service, expedited shipping, or delayed shipment to avoid weekends or holidays. These steps are used to help protect product quality during transit.
Shipping estimates are not guarantees unless expressly stated by the carrier. Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, delivery timing and handling are controlled by the carrier.
Meltable Candy and Warm Weather Shipping
Some candy products, especially chocolate and other temperature-sensitive items, may melt or soften in warm conditions.
CandyKorner may use insulated mailers, cold packs, expedited service, air service, or delayed shipping windows for meltable items. However, no packaging method can guarantee that candy will remain fully protected from heat in all conditions.
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking and retrieving packages promptly after delivery. CandyKorner is not responsible for heat damage caused by packages being left outside, delivered to hot locations, delayed by the carrier, or not retrieved promptly.
Returns and Refunds
Because CandyKorner sells food and grocery products, many items are not returnable after shipment or delivery.
Returns may be accepted only when approved in advance and when the item is eligible, unopened, unused, and in resaleable condition. Return requests should generally be made within 30 days of delivery.
If an issue is caused by our error, such as an incorrect item or a product problem, please contact us with your order number and photos so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
Refunds may be issued to the original payment method. After a refund is processed, your payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will attempt to cancel the order if it has not already been processed, packed, shipped, or prepared for fulfillment. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered processing or shipment.
For meltable candy, custom-packed orders, or orders already prepared for shipment, cancellation may not be possible.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Orders
Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.
If your order is damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or has a quality issue, contact us as soon as possible with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and damage or error.
We may require photos or additional information before issuing a replacement, refund, or other resolution.
Payment
